Shipping Costs

We ship with Pass The Parcel. Urban shipping is $6, Rural shipping is $9. This is a tracked and signature required service. 

If you have an ATL - Authority To Leave - please have a safe and secure spot for your parcel to sit until you get home.

We are not responsible for parcels that are stolen once delivered - this is a police matter.

Australia shipping is generally around the $20 mark depending on the size of your order.

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Make times are 7-10 days, shipping takes 2-3 depending on your address. You will be emailed when parcel is on its way.

NZ parcels are "signature required" if you have an Authority To Leave - ATL, please have a safe and secure spot for your parcel to wait until you get home.

International Shipping - These parcels are untracked, once it is posted I am no longer my responsible for your parcel and the delivery time. Most destinations are 7-10 days. For your piece of mind I would suggest tracked shipping. Please ask about this, the cost is normally  double the price of untracked.

 

What size do I choose?

The children's sizes are similar to ready to wear. Check the measurements on the item. Ask if you are not sure.

Made to order clothes can be just that ... made to fit your measurements. Tall, short, apple, pear ..... we can sew to fit. Just ask!

The woman's clothes have measurement charts. If you need help with measurement, please ask. I am happy to help.

 

The item I want is "sold out", can I still buy it?  

You maybe able to, send me a message and ask! 

Most fabrics are purchased as only a few meters or yards so our designs stay as unique and individual as they can.

Depending on what you want, I may have enough or I can design something with a different colour combination just for you.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on unworn, brand new items with tags attached. 

If there is a problem with your order that is caused by us, message us so we can fix it. We are human and mistakes sometimes happen.

Any refunds are at the discretion of "Little Turtle". We will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The customer will be responsible for the return of the goods and any costs involved.
