Helps you know which one is the currently 'on the go'.

These fit the blue Ventolin and the purple Seretide inhalers, and most others, these are the two types in our house.

You use it in the cover, it doesn't have to be taken out.

NOTE::  Please check the pics for the hardware that is attached - some have split rings and or D rings, others have lobster clasps.
